H.E. Muhammad Nasir Alrajhi did his B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from King Saud University in 1985. He has been the Director General for Surveying& Mapping in the Ministry of Municipal & Rural Affairs, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 1994.
