Eng. Khalil Almaharmeh is the Head of the Planning Department at RJGC. He has Engineer Certificate (photogrammetry + Qualification) from IGN /FRANCE (1976-1982). He has officially presented more than 10 papers in international conferences in the fields of: Photogrammetry, Mapping , Digital Orthophoto, Planning ,Archaeology, Remote Sensing and GIS.
