Eng. Marwan Ahmad Bin Ghalita was born in Dubai, UAE. He received his B.S degree from California State University Fresno in Surveying Engineering. He did his Masterís Degree in Business Administration from Advance Management Institute Egypt. In 1995 Eng. Marwan began his working career with Dubai Land Department as land surveying engineer. In 1998 he becomes the first local head of section for the department. When Eng. Marwan took the post he started the planning for the section to transform in localization and electronic services. He is still working with the Land Department team as Technical administration Director. Under Eng. Marwan guidance the technical department has met successful and remarkable excellent services for the shareholder and customers.
