Mr. Richard B Turner has Master of Science in Computer Sciences from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He has been with ESRI since the past 17 years. He is presently the Product Manager (ArcGIS). He was earlier the Product Manager for ArcView GIS —ESRI’s first high-volume, desktop-oriented GIS software product. He has also worked previously as Product Manager, PC ARC/INFO and Applications Analyst. He has designed and implemented pilot projects and technical benchmarks demonstrating ESRI products suitability for customer application requirements.
