Facilities
- Exhibition spaces taken under shell scheme are provided with built-up exhibition booth, table, chairs, spotlights, power points and carpeted floor.
- Under non-shell scheme, only raw exhibition spaces with floor marking are provided. The exhibitor is free to do-up its own stand as per the desired design with prior approval from the organizers.

Terms of Payment
- 50% upon reservation of stand space
- 50% before 15th January 2007.
Payment is due within 15 days of the date of the relevant invoice. Payment is to be paid in favour of , through bankers cheque.
Force Majeur Condition
In case of any unforeseen or unprecedented occurrence beyond the hold of the conference secretariat, where the conference is called off, due to natural disasters, epidemics, man-made civil disturbances or other mishaps of large scale , there shall be no refund or reimbursement of any fees or commitments.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
In case an exhibitor is unable to participate and set up booth due to whatsoever reason and informs the secretariat before 30th January 2007, 50% exhibition fee will be refunded. Information received after 30th January 2007, exhibitor has to make the full payment and will not entitle to claim back deposit money.
